2. Applicants who are interested in buying Affordable Commercial Residential Apartment / ‘Boutique Office’ need to register with LPHS
3. All applicants must be 21 years old and above.
4. The monthly income of the applicant / spouse (combined, if any) does not exceed RM 15,000 a month and priority is given to applicants with household monthly income below RM 10,000.
5. Applicants are allowed to own only one (1) unit, either an Affordable Commercial Residential Apartment / ‘Boutique Office’ offered by LPHS.
6. Ownership transfer will only be allowed after 5 years from vacant possession with the State Authority’s approval.
7. Purchase of the house is for occupation and not for rental.
8. For applicants of Affordable Commercial Residential Apartment / ‘Boutique Office’, priority will be given to young entrepreneurs below 40 years old.
